An important new project named “RISE Programme” has been launched in six districts of Balochistan to tackle serious issues like unemployment and poverty. This scheme is a joint effort of the provincial government and the Balochistan Rural Support Programme (BRSP).
According to a statement released on the social networking website X today, the program aims to bring about significant socio-economic change by focusing its efforts on the districts of Kharan, Washik, Panjgur, Kech, Awaran and Gwadar.
The organizers have stated that the primary objective of this initiative is to create new employment opportunities and to reduce economic hardships for the residents of these specific areas. This project is being presented as a key strategy for regional development.
