Punjab Chief Minister’s message on Pakistan Air Force Day

Lahore, September 07, 2018 (PPI-OT): Punjab chief minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said the day of September 7, 1965 carries conspicuous importance in the history of Pakistan Air Force (PAF). On this day, the fighting falcons wrote an immortal history of bravery and courage and PAF defeated the enemy by bravely defending the frontiers of the country. In his message, the chief minister said that this day is an occasion to pay tributes to immortal sacrifices of brave falcons of the PAF.

The PAF destroyed the air strength of the enemy by ensuring the defence of the geographical boundaries of the country on September 07, 1965 and its unique role in the war of 1965 will always be remembered in golden words in the defence history of the world. He said PAF is known as one of the best air forces in the world and the ones who sacrificed their lives for the motherland are heroes of the whole nation. The PAF is full of passion and zeal of 1965 war and is ever ready to give a befitting reply to every move of the enemy, concluded the chief minister.
