QUETTA: Abdul Qahar Wadan, Provincial President, Pushtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PKMAP), appealed to the people of Sindh to remain peaceful.

Addressing a press conference at Quetta Press Club with leaders of Balochistan National Party (Mengal), Awami National Party and JUI-F here on Saturday, he said that such incident, taking place in different parts of Sindh in the wake of killing of one Sindhi youth in Hyderabad, should not have been given the colour of ethnicity.

Underlining the need for finding an amicable solution to the issue, he urged political parties, provincial and district administrations of Sindh to address the issue with mutual understanding. He said that a conspiracy had been hatched to prolog such incidents on ethnic grounds, hence, he added that people had better avoid resorting to violence. He said that pushtoons were working in different areas of Sindh province to make both ends meet, therefore, it was wrong to give the issue the name of ethnic war between Baloch and Pushtoons.

On the occasion, central leader of Balochistan National Part (Mengal), MPA Malik Naseer Shahwani, General Secretary, Awami National Party, Balochistan, Mabat Kaka, leaders of JUI-F and others were also present.
