QUETTA: Qasim Khan Suri, former Deputy Speaker, National Assembly and President, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Balochistan, on Wednesday appeared before Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in foreign funding case.
According to detail, Mr Suri accompanied by his lawyer Iqbal Shah Advocate appeared before FIA in the foreign funding case. Talking to media after the hearing, Mr Suri said that the government was trying to tease them, adding that crushing defeat was inflicted on opposition in the recent by polls.
Terming the foreign funding case as baseless and fabricated, he said, “We did not get any foreign funding.” He said that after normalization of situation, Chairman, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, would pay a visit to Balochistan.
