RATODERO: The MPA of Ratodero and the provincial president of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Faryal Talpur, came to offer condolences with the bereaved families of those who had died in the collapse of roofs and walls collapsed due to the recent heavy rains.

She condoled with Aslam Surhio over the death of his wife and daughter. After condoling with the relatives of SPSF’s former leader Sajid Memon, who died due to the collapse of the Taluka Hospital building roof during the rain in the taluka hospital, Talpur reached the Union Council Agham along with her party leaders and supporters in a long entourage where rain affected people held a huge protest demonstration and resorted to sloganeering where her security also became helpless.

They were shouting slogans against her and the PPP leaders. The PPP local leaders were also checking if anyone was not making a video which also went viral later. Local PPP leaders Nazar Pathan, Jabal Brohi, Sardar Ali Nawaz Jalbani and others continued their efforts to silence the rain victim villagers but they failed and the protesters did not stop shouting slogans.

The villagers were saying that everything had been destroyed in the heavy rains and the MPA came here empty handed despite her massive influence in federal and provincial governments. They said that if rulers cannot do anything for them then who else will do as nobody has so far taken care of them for many days and their children are starving.
