QUETTA:Shazia Batool, leader of Breaking Bearers Women, has said aims and objectives of Breaking Bearers Women was to empower women enabling them to work shoulder to shoulder with men.
These views were expressed by her while addressing a demonstration held outside Quetta Press Club here on Friday. In order to mark World Women Day, a rally under the aegis of Breaking Bearers Women was taken out from Millennium Mall Quetta.
The rally participants marched through different roads and reached Quetta Press Club where they held a demonstration. Addressing the demonstration, Shazia Batool said that Breaking Bearers Women was striving to empower women enabling them to share responsibility with men. She demanded of the authorities concerned to implement the law pertaining to the rights of women.
