RANIPUR: Ranipur police on Sunday claimed to have got freed two minor girls and arrested three kidnappers.
The police said that they arrested Zahid Rind, Gul Hassan Rind and Mazhar Ansari. The police said that the accused were involved in abducting children from different districts and selling them on money.
The police said that the abductors had kidnapped a girl from Nawabshah who later died due to illness. The girl was buried in Pir Wassan, the kidnappers told police.
Another girl was kidnapped from Nooriabad and was sold in Jacobabad, said police. The accused also kidnapped a girl from Karachi and handed over him to their accomplice Mashooque for sale, the police said.
They said that the police were continuing raids at different places to arrest more members of this kidnapping gang. Accused Mazhar Ansari has claimed to be father of the both girls as minor girls could not tell anything. After DNA test, it will be confirmed who is the father of these minor girls.
