Karachi:Chief Secretary Balochistan Captain (Retd) Fazeel Asghar has taken a serious notice that in case of various meetings held under his chairmanship, the department concerned with the subject of the meeting neither record the minutes nor submit the draft minutes.
Asghar had directed all the administrative departments that the department concerned with the subject of the meeting, shall ensure recording and submission of draft minutes for his perusal within three days positively, according to a statement issued on Monday.
