LARKANA:The Anti-Encroachment Tribunal, Larkana, Thursday ordered the removal of encroachment from Golimar area of Kambar within two months.
The land is located on main Wagan Road near District and Sessions Court and Government Hospital and is reserved for Golimar which was forcibly occupied by Ali Muhammad Mugheri and others.
The applicant, Khair Muhammad Mugheri, said in his application that the government land was reserved for Golimar, but people occupied it unlawfully and made construction.
Judge Abbas Haider Gaad directed deputy commissioner and SSP, Kambar-Shahdadkot district, assistant commissioner and Mukhtiarkar, Kambar and other relevant institutions to get the land vacated by removing all construction and hand it over to police and submit compliance report in the court.
