KARACHI:Robbers shot and injured a woman over dacoity resistance in Bilal Colony area of Karachi on Monday.
According to rescue sources, the robbers tried to loot woman Amana, aged 40, wife of Hanif, in Bilal Colony area of New Karachi, Sector 5, but she offered them resistance following which they opened fire on her and fled. As a result, she suffered severe bullet injured.
She was rushed to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for treatment. The police have started a probe into the incident. The incident has created panic among the family members and neighbours.
