Sajag Shehri Ittehad Nasirabad’s Demonstration Against the Non-Construction of the Taluka Hospital Building

Sajag Shehri Ittehad Nasirabad continued its protest for the sixteenth day against the non-construction of the Taluka Hospital building, On Sunday, a rally was taken out from the Mobile Market and a demonstration was held under the leadership of Sufi Ghaffar Channa, Asif Katheo, Muhammad Tagar, Haji Sajjad Channa, Insaf Odha?i, Wajid Solangi, and others.

Addressing the gathering, the speakers said that Sajag Shehri Ittehad has become the voice of the citizens of Nasirabad. They accused the constituency’s elected representatives, including regional MPA Burhan Khan Chandio and MNA Ameer Magsi, and the health department of ignoring the demands for the provision of basic health facilities.

The organizers highlighted that the contractor responsible for the hospital’s construction has disappeared, leaving the building, funded by taxpayer money, incomplete and in a dilapidated state.

The alliance demanded the immediate completion of the hospital project. They also demanded the immediate resolution of the severe shortage of doctors and medicines at the local rural health center, and vowed that their movement would intensify day by day until their demands are met.
