A security guard shot and killed a forty-year-old landlord over a personal dispute on Thursday in the North Nazimabad area, authorities cited a personal dispute as the initial cause of the murder.
According to the police report, the deceased has been identified as 38 to 40-year-old Waleed Khan, son of Arif Shamim. The incident occurred at house number 418 in Block C of the area.
Law enforcement officials from the North Nazimabad police station arrived at the scene promptly. The accused security guard involved in the shooting has been taken into custody, and authorities have recovered the weapon allegedly used in the crime.
The body of the deceased was shifted to a nearby hospital to complete the necessary medical and legal procedures.
The police have initiated a formal investigation into the matter to determine the full circumstances of the fatal confrontation.
