KARACHI:The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Saturday directed the administration of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical College, Lyari to give admission to a Hindu girl, Tusha Kumari, in the first year of the MBBS programme.
During the hearing of the case of irregularities in admissions in the medical college, the court expressed surprise that those securing less marks were given the admission, but not the petitioner. The court said that Tusha was eligible enough to get the admission, but the college administration overlooked her.
