A significant decrease was seen in the price of gold in the local bullion market, on Tuesday per tola gold became cheaper by 2,700 rupees to 444,162 rupees.
Similarly, the price of ten grams of gold also became 380,797 rupees after a decrease of 2,315 rupees.
This decrease in local prices is a result of the decrease in the price of gold in the international market, where the price of gold per ounce decreased by 27 dollars to 4,218 dollars.
In contrast to the decrease in the price of gold, an increase in the price of silver was recorded. The value of per tola silver increased by 41 rupees, after which the new price became 6,004 rupees.
