Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori, currently on a visit to China, contacted Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) leader Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui via telephone to express his concern over the flood situation in Karachi following torrential rains.
Tessori directed the provincial members of the assembly to remain present in their respective constituencies and provide all possible assistance to the citizens. He emphasized that every individual should receive aid during this difficult time.
The Governor ordered the provision of essential items, food, and clean drinking water, and the relocation of displaced people to safe places.
