Thatta:Citizens here Saturday evening staged a sit-in against prolonged load shedding of electricity.
The protestors staged a march from the National Highway to local press club, where they staged a sit-in. They chanted slogans against the HESCO. They said they have been facing immense problems due to excessive load shedding.
He said the HESCO officials are also disconnecting power supply in many localities on the pretext of bill default. They demanded ending load shedding, inflated billing and harassment of electricity consumers.
