Karachi, February 07, 2019 (PPI-OT): Commissioner Karachi Iftikhar Shallwani has said that special measures are being taken to make the Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches successful and memorable. The surroundings of the National Stadium and different areas as well roads and intersections of the metropolis will be decorated. Steps are being taken for the arrangement of live streaming at different parks in the city with the support of former test cricketer Sadiq Muhammad. Such live streaming would be arranged at about 10 parks where common cricket lovers could watch PSL matches. The meeting chaired by the Commissioner Karachi at his office discussed in detail all the aspects to make the PSL a successful league.
It was also decided that images of cricket heroes will be displayed in different parts of the city. The meeting discussed the idea of live streaming of PSL matches at different parks with the support of former test cricketer Sadiq Muhammad as an organizer
The meeting decided that deputy commissioners would take steps for the arrangement of live streaming with the coordination and cooperation of the organiser Sadiq. It was decided that the registration through whats-app would be mandatory for the people who intended to watch live streaming at parks..
The meeting was attended by DC south Salahuddin Ahmed Deputy Commissioner East Ali Ahmed Siddiqui, PBC representative and General Manager of National Stadium Arshad Khan, Assistant Commissioner Headquarters, Commissioner Karachi office, Asif Reza, senior officials of Pakistan Rangers, Police and Traffic Police and others.
