DALBANDIN:Abdul Rauf Qumbrani, Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department (PHE), District Chagai, has said that water crises in Dalbandin city of Balochistan province had been overcome by getting machineries installed in different water tube wells of the city repaired.
Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, he said that in compliance with the directives of Minister for Communication and Works Department, Mir Arif Jan Muhammad Hasni, immecdiate steps were taken for overcoming the crises of water in Dalbandin city.
He added that if anyone had any grievances regarding scarcity of pure drinking water, he ought to submit his complaint in black and white in the office of Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department which would accordingly be redressed. He urged consumers to deposit their outstanding bills.
He added that all subordinate staff of the Public Health Engineering Department had strictly been warned to ensure their presence at their place of posting otherwise strict disciplinary proceedings under BEEDA Act, 2011 would be initiated against them. On the occasion, Engineer Gul Zaman Baloch, Engineer Dawood Muhammad Hasni and Engineer Shafique Siyapad were also present.
