QAMBAR: A high level meeting was held at Darbar Hall DC office Qamber under the chairmanship of Deputy commissioner Qamber-Shahdadkot, Qamar Raza Baloch, to make strict security measures on the occasion of Youm-e-Ali.
According to a statement issued on Tuesday, DC directed officials in the meeting to ensure strict security across the district on the Youm-e-Ali, particularly at entrances and exits of the district so as to keep a close watch on the people coming in and out. He instructed the Assistant Commissioners of the seven districts in this regard.
He said that control rooms should be set up in their respective areas to deal with any untoward incident. He further said that no load shedding should be carried out on the 21st Ramzan. He directed DHO Qamber Dr Muhammad Iqbal Jagrani to keep doctors and paramedics staff at the hospitals on high alert on this occasion and also keep the ambulances ready. Assistant Commissioner Ms Iqra Bhatti, DSR Rangers Muhammad Asghar and other officials attended the meeting.
