An exchange of fire with law enforcement personnel at a Hyundai showroom in the Sohrab Goth area on Thursday morning ended with the arrest of one injured suspect.
The arrested individual has been identified by the Sohrab Goth police station as Irfanullah, son of Noor Wali Shah.
Authorities reported recovering a pistol with ammunition, two mobile phones, and a motorcycle from the scene, allegedly used in the incident.
Following the encounter, the injured suspect has been transferred to a hospital for medical attention and is in police custody.
Officials have confirmed that a formal investigation into the matter has been initiated within the jurisdiction of District East.
