Nation wants early release of Aafia Siddiqui: Dr Fowzia

Karachi:Aafia Movement Pakistan (AMP) leader and noted neuro-physician of the country Dr Fowzia Siddiqui has said that the Pakistan nation, as well as, AMP and the government all want to secure early release of Pakistani mother Dr Aafia Siddiqui from the US detention.   Addressing a press conference at her residence Tuesday evening, Dr Fowzia said that the purpose of today's press conference is to talk about the briefing of advisor to Prime Minister Dr Babur Awan given to the Senate committee of Pakistan about filing a written mercy petition of Dr Aafia.
