Ten Detained During Extensive Search Operation in the Capital

Ten suspects were taken into custody for legal action after a comprehensive search and combing operation within the limits of Karachi Company Police Station this morning.

The extensive sweep, carried out under the supervision of SP City Salman Zafar, involved the thorough inspection of 67 individuals, 25 houses, 35 motorcycles, and seven other vehicles.

This action is part of a series of regular security operations being implemented across different parts of Islamabad, stemming from directives issued by Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi.

The special measures are being undertaken to curb criminal activities and to ensure the safety and security of the federal capital.

SSP Operations Islamabad, Qazi Ali Raza, emphasized that the primary objective of these initiatives is to tighten the security cordon around criminal elements and to further strengthen the overall security framework of the city.

He affirmed that the Islamabad Police will continue to take indiscriminate action against criminals, land grabbers, and drug traffickers.

The SSP also urged citizens to cooperate with law enforcement and to immediately report any suspicious activity to the nearest police station or through the emergency helpline ‘Pucar-15’.
