QUETTA: Aetzaz Ahmed Goraya, Deputy Inspector General, Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Quetta, has said that the alleged terrorist involved in the murder of former Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court, Justice Noor Muhammad Meskanzai had been arrested.
Addressing a press conference here on Saturday, he said that the detained terrorist, who had been apprehended during an operation conducted in Kharan area of Balochistan, had confessed to have killed Justice (Retd) Noor Muhammad Muskanzai. Goraya added that a judicial commission had already been constituted to conduct inquiry into the death of Justice Noor Muhammad Muskanzai whose death had been claimed by banned organization BLA.
