Thousands Celebrate ACCA Exam Success, As New Platform Enhances Learning

Over 4,500 aspiring accountants have achieved a significant milestone, successfully completing their final exams to become ACCA affiliates in the June 2025 examination session. The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) announced the results, revealing that out of 111,639 entrants, a total of 128,651 exams were taken.

Alan Hatfield, ACCA’s executive director of content, quality, and innovation, commended the impressive outcomes and highlighted the substantial engagement with learning aids like the “My Exam Performance” tool, the “Practice Platform,” and the “Study Hub.” He emphasized the organization”s multi-pronged strategy to guide examinees on maximizing the benefits of these educational materials.

ACCA recently introduced a cutting-edge Computer-Based Examination (CBE) Practice Platform designed to familiarize learners with the word processing and spreadsheet software employed in the session CBEs. Hatfield expressed enthusiasm about the platform”s potential to improve both student and instructor experiences during exam preparation.

Following last month”s announcement of a qualification redesign and a new partnership with the University of London for a BSc (Hons) Professional Accountancy degree, ACCA is undergoing a period of transformation. Hatfield reiterated the qualification”s status as a gold standard, emphasizing its continued rigor, relevance, future-oriented approach, and enhanced focus on career readiness. He assured current and prospective students of a seamless transition, recognizing existing accomplishments without increasing progression timelines or costs.

The ACCA Qualification tests the skills, capabilities, and proficiencies required of contemporary accounting professionals, emphasizing ethical conduct and professionalism. The provided figures also incorporate results from ACCA”s on-demand offerings for Foundation Diplomas, Applied Knowledge, and Law assessments, totaling an additional 35,150 examinations, with 2,550 conducted via remote invigilation.
