Three civilians injured after troops opened fire on car in IOK

Srinagar, June 06, 2019 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, three civilians were injured, one of them critically, after Indian army opened fire on a private car they were travelling in at Drabgam in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Eid day. These persons, travelling in a car when passed by an army check post, were showered with bullets by the army men guarding the post.

The firing left all the three passengers injured with one critically. Two of the three injured youth were identified as Waqar Ahsan Mir and Mohammad Rafiq Dar. They were shifted to hospital for treatment. The soldiers who opened fire on the car belonged to 44 Rashtriya Rifles of the Indian Army.
