MANDI BAHAUDDIN:Three people were killed in separate incidents in different areas of Mandi Bahauddin district on Tuesday.
According to details, a young man, Nadeem, was shot dead by unknown armed men in Sabri area of Malikwal by his rivals. The police reached on the spot and shifted the body to Taluka Headquarter Hospital for postmortem examination.
According to the police, the incident seems to be a cause of old hostility. The victim was also shot before but managed to survive the bullet wounds, and he was pursuing his old case of firing on him. Today, he was shot once again and died on the spot. The accused managed to escape from the scene.
Separately, a youth was shot dead by unknown armed men in Mong village. The deceased has been identified as Imran Riaz. The body was shifted to a nearby hospital for medico-legal formalities. Meanwhile, an unknown man was killed in a firing incident on the Chilianwala canal. The body was rushed to a hospital for medico-legal formalities.
