Top military leaders from Pakistan and Bahrain today pledged to substantially strengthen their defense and military-to-military relationship, following high-level discussions centered on regional security and mutual interests.
The commitment was solidified during a meeting at the General Headquarters between Pakistan”s Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, and the visiting Commander of the Bahrain National Guard, General Shaikh Mohammad Bin ISA Bin Salman Al Khalifa.
The dialogue between the two commanders encompassed a range of subjects, including bilateral defense cooperation and the broader security landscape of the region.
Field Marshal Munir underscored the enduring fraternal bonds shared by the two nations, reiterating Pakistan”s unwavering support for Bahrain across all sectors.
In his remarks, General Shaikh Mohammad commended the professional standards of the Pakistan Army, recognizing its significant contributions to maintaining peace and stability within the region.
