A woman and an elderly man were tragically killed in two separate traffic accidents in Naushahro Feroze on Monday.
The first accident occurred near Manahi Stop on Moro Link Road within the limits of the New Jatoi police station. A woman from Karimabad, Hawa daughter of Sahib Odh, was killed after being severely injured when a speeding car hit her motorcycle.
In the same accident, two other individuals, Arshad Odh and Ms. Sodhi, were also injured. Law enforcement agencies confirmed that the injured were moved to a nearby hospital for immediate medical attention. After the necessary procedures were completed, the body of the deceased was handed over to her heirs.
In another unrelated incident, an elderly man lost his life on the National Highway near Bismillah Hotel. Ali Hassan Rustamani was crossing the road when a passenger van hit him, an incident that occurred within the jurisdiction of the Moro police station.
Authorities stated that after necessary procedures, Rustamani’s body was handed over to his heirs. Police have launched a further investigation to determine the cause of this fatal accident.
