Traffic Chief Reviews Service Delivery, Addresses Operational Hurdles

Chief Traffic Officer Muhammad Sarfraz Virk today reaffirmed his commitment to enhancing public service delivery at Police Khidmat Markaz following a series of inspection visits where he assessed citizen facilitation and operational efficiency.

During his visits, the Chief Traffic Officer interacted directly with individuals present at the centres, soliciting their feedback on the standard of assistance being rendered. He subsequently declared that robust measures are actively being implemented to guarantee the provision of excellent and prompt assistance at these public facilitation hubs.

Mr Virk further emphasised the application of modern technology to streamline and enhance the effectiveness of these processes. He highlighted that highly trained personnel have been stationed at the centres specifically to offer maximum relief and comprehensive provisions to residents.

These dedicated staff members are engaged in assisting not only Pakistani nationals but also foreign visitors continuously. Additionally, Mr Virk convened with police personnel assigned to the markaz, delving into the administrative difficulties they encounter and directing the in-charges to assure all possible facilities are extended to the public.
