In a decisive action against criminal activities, District Kemari SITE B Police today arrested two armed robbers in a targeted operation. The suspects, identified as Ali Nawaz and Ghulam Nabi, were arrested on a motorcycle with weapons and a stolen vehicle.
This operation, initiated on secret information, resulted in the recovery of two illegal pistols with ammunition, believed to have been used in various crimes. Additionally, a motorcycle, allegedly stolen at gunpoint, was recovered. This vehicle was forcibly taken as registered in FIR 182/26 under Section 397/34 at SITE B Police Station.
Legal proceedings have been initiated against the detainees under the Sindh Arms Act. Kemari Police have assured that further investigations are underway to uncover any additional criminal connections and activities associated with the arrested individuals.
A Kemari Police spokesperson stated that this operation highlights the commitment to reducing crime in the area and enhancing public safety.
