Unknown thieves gun down man in village Sheeranpur Jarwar

NAUNDERO: Unknown thieves gunned down a man in village Sheeranpur Jarwar located within the limits of Garhi Khuda Bux police station, villagers told media Tuesday.

 

According to the villagers, unknown thieves entered the house of Jarwar to steal buffaloes but the aged man woke up and challenged them. The thieves started firing in which Muhammad Ali Jarwar, aged 65, was killed. Garhi Khuda Bux police accompanied by DSP Naundero Shahjahan Shah followed the footprints of the thieves with the help of sniffing dogs and footprint experts in the morning which led them to a hotel located outside Koreja village.

 

The experts claimed that armed criminals fled from here on bikes towards Banguldero. It is told that the deceased was resident of village Gul Muhammad Jarwar which is located near Shahdadkot and was staying here at village Sheeranpur to look after his lands. However, neither any arrest was made nor FIR was registered by the cops. It must be mentioned here that new SSP Imran Qureshi has taken over the charge on Monday and the criminals have also started challenging him.
