Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider says Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has constituted a water commission on Neelum Jehlum Hydropower projects environmental issues.
Addressing a news conference in Muzaffarabad on Tuesday, he said the Water Commission comprising Federal Secretary Water and Power, Commissioner Indus Water Commission and other officials, is on a trip to Muzaffarabad to visit Noseri and review water flow in River Neelum and its related issues.The commission will compile its report and suggest ways to increase water flow in river Jehlum.
He said the commission would also put up a new design for Kohala Hydropower Project to convert it into a run of the River Project.
