We are committed to the highest standards of service and continued development, in line with the institution’s long-standing tradition. The institution has provided all required documents to the FIA and is committed to continuing to comply with all investigative requirements. IBA has emphasized its strong governance framework, which includes strict internal controls and collective decision-making processes. No individual has complete authority over financial or administrative functions, all actions are subject to documented approval through established committees.
