LARKANA:A woman who went to get medical treatment and medicines in Civil Hospital of the Chandka Medical College Hospital was deprived of her cash, golden stuffs and other valuables on Saturday within the limits of Civil Lines police station.
Abida, wife of Asghar Khokhar, resident of Allahabad Khokhar Street said that she came to Civil Hospital after withdrawing cash from Allied Bank to get treatment for her ENT problem. She said an unknown woman sitting beside her at the Ward stole her purse which contained cash of Rs35000, golden chain, ring and NADRA B forms.
She informed the relevant police which arrived, took details but so far neither recovery has been made nor the accused woman has been arrested for which the owner demanded of higher police officers to take notice and ensure recovery of her stolen goods.
