The session, organized by the institution’s Learning Innovation Centre, today delved into several new initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience. Key among these were plans to bolster staff recognition, introduce workplace fitness programs, and provide resources for managing occupational stress, signaling a comprehensive approach to personnel wellness.
Looking towards the future, university leadership also announced a focus on upskilling its employees with training related to Artificial Intelligence, a move designed to equip the workforce with modern competencies.
Furthermore, the meeting provided a platform for clarifying important institutional policies. Matters concerning promotions, leave entitlements, scholarship opportunities for personnel, and other employment benefits were discussed to ensure transparency and understanding across the organization.
The high-level meeting was graced by the presence of Mr. Abu Bakar Siddiq Alvi, the Chief Human Resources Officer from the Head Office, along with the Pro-Rector, the Head of the Learning Innovation Centre, and the HR Manager.
