World silence on Kashmir worst crime

Lahore, December 30, 2019 (PPI-OT): Terming the RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) terrorist wing of BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party), Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar said that RSS under the supervision of Narendra Modi is planning of Muslims genocide and it will be a bigger crime and cruelty, if world community does not take notice of it.

European Union vice-president’s announcement to plead the Kashmiris case in the European Parliament is definitely a victory of Kashmiris’ stance, he said. The governor stated this while talking to media on the departure of European Parliament Vice-President Dr Fabio Massimo Castaldo, who was on a two-day visit to Lahore. On this occasion, European Parliament Vice-President Dr Fabio Massimo Castaldo, Pak-Europe Friendship Federation Chairman Pervez Iqbal, European Parliament Member Wajid Khan and others were also present.

Chaudhry Sarwar said that European Parliament’s Vice-President gave full assurance to plead effectively the Kashmiris’ case in the European Parliament and also exposed vehemently the controversial law against the minorities in India. He said that entire European Parliament would also support Pakistan with regard to extension in GSP-Plus Status; therefore, Pakistan will soon have good news in this connection.

Responding to a question, Chaudhry Sarwar said that Narendra Modi under his supervision was encouraging RSS for Muslims genocide and all such facts were coming forth to international media, asserting that there would be no worst crime and cruelty than the silence of United Nations Organisation (UNO) and human rights organisations over this situation. It has been 147 days of curfew in Held Kashmir which is a suppression of human rights; however, Pakistan is raising its voice at all forums and the world community should take notice of it not tomorrow but today, he added. The governor said that Kashmiris must be given their right of freedom by ending tyrannies against them and lifting curfew in Held Kashmir immediately.

On this occasion, European Parliament Vice-President Dr Fabio Massimo Castaldo said that he came to know the facts during his visit to Pakistan and there is no doubt in it that Pakistan Army, nation and other security agencies have rendered unprecedented sacrifices in the war against terrorism, and the world at large should highly value it. As far as the Kashmir issue and controversial law of India is concerned, he added, it is sheer injustice and barbarism which is posing threats to not only regional but also global peace.

“And I will take up both the issues in European Parliament and tell the world that settlement of Kashmir issue is indispensable for peace, while protection of Indian minorities’ rights is also the responsibility of all of us,” he vowed. He said that Punjab governor is a visionary leader, who spoke at length about Kashmir issue, the Muslims of India, extension in GSP-Plus status and Pakistan’s sacrifices in the war against terrorism, and he wants brighter future of Pakistan. “I assure him of my full support to Pakistan on extension in GSP-Plus status and I hope, this extension will be granted that will strengthen Pakistan economically and create new employment opportunities,” he concluded.
