BADIN:A youth was shot dead by two motorcyclists in Boki area of Badin while a man committed suicide near Tando Bago on Saturday.
Two armed persons riding a bike opened fire on the youth, Zohaib Khatti, who was sitting at a shop in Boki area of Badin. As a result, he suffered severe bullet injuries and died on the spot. The killers fled to an unknown destination after the swift operation.
The body was shifted to a local hospital and later handed over to his relatives after completion of a postmortem examination. The police have started a probe into the incident. No FIR could be registered till filing this news. The search for the culprits was underway, the police said. In another incident, a disabled man, aged 31, committed suicide by taking a poisonous substance over unemployment in village Comrade Allah Jorio Thebo near Tando Bago.
