LARKANA: The Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIGP), Larkana Range, Mazhar Nawaz Shaikh, has dismissed from service suspended SHO of Akil Police Station Talib Hussain Junejo for sheer negligence in performance of government duty as two policemen were martyred in village Wada Mahar on 13th December 2021 during an alleged police encounter for ill-planning and mismanagement.
He also ordered the restoration of two other SHOs who were under suspension. ASI Muzaffar Hussain Khoso and constable Nawab Jatoi were gunned down during the encounter by the criminals and a notorious criminal Raja Mahar was also killed. DIGP had constituted a fact finding committee led by SSP Kashmore Amjad Shaikh and the action was taken in light of its report.
