KARACHI:More than 200 employees of Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) have been promoted in their respective higher grades under service structure rules.
Medical Superintendent, CHK, Dr Sabir Memon, while talking to PPI, said about 200 staff from grade-1 to grade-4 were promoted to their respective next higher grades as per service structure.
He informed that administration has promoted sanitation workers, nursing ardales, ward servants, washer men, Ayas and employees in other categories.
He said promotion orders were also distributed amongst the staff. He said these employees were waiting for their promotion for several years.
Similarly, dispensers, storekeepers, lab technicians and other categories staff were also promoted in next grades from grade-5 to grade-15. However, the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meeting will be held soon for promotion of clerical staff as per seniority.
