245 complaints resolved by Sukkur Ombudsman office

LARKANA:As many as 245 complaints were decided in five months by Federal Ombudsman office, Sukkur, from January to May 2019. This was stated by Associate Adviser Dr Abdul Qayoom Mangi.

He said the complaints were mostly against WAPDA, Sepco and Sui Gas authorities for over reading, over billing and so forth. He urged the people to register their complaints, if any, against Sui Gas, State Life Insurance Corporation, Benazir Income Support Program, Sepco, WAPDA, NADRA, Pakistan Baitul Mal, Railway, Post Office, EOBI and other federal government departments to get speedy justice and relief.

He said online complaints could also be sent and through SMS the complainant would be informed. He appealed to the people of Sukkur and Larkana divisions including Kambar-Shahdadkot, Larkana, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Kashmore, Khairpur, Ghotki, Sukkur and Mirpur Mathelo to come forward without fear and send complaints to them against the federal departments so that justice could be provided to them which is their basic right.
