Karachi:The Judge Accountability Court No 3 announced the judgment order in Ref No 33/2016, Kamran Nabi Ahmed and others having allegations of embezzlement of funds in Pakistan Post office Cooperative Housing Society and convicted the accused persons namely Kamran Nabi Ahmed with seven years R.I and fine of Rs 3,76,67,795, accused Umer Abul Hassan who was on bail was convicted for seven years R.I and fine of Rs 70,252,484, accused M Jaffar Khan convicted for seven years R.I and fine of Rs 5,25,31,811, accused Abdul Aleem Khan convicted for seven years R.I and fine of Rs 2,75,84,490.
However, accused Syed Tehzeeb Hussain Zaidi has been acquitted by the Court due to benefit of doubt.
