QUETTA:An Election Tribunal headed by Justice Abdullah Baloch of Balochistan High Court heard an election petition belonging to the result of PB 47.
Abdul Rasheed Baloch of Balochistan Awami Party was elected as MPA from PB-47 during by-election and his victory was challenged before the election tribunal.
During hearing, statements of plaintiff and witness were recorded and cross examination on their statements were also completed.
Nadir Chilgri Advocate appeared before the court on behalf of plaintiff while Kamran Murtaza Advocate and Noor Jan Buledi Advocate appeared before the election tribunal on behalf of MPA Abdul Rasheed Baloch.
Later, hearing of the election petition was adjourned until April 27.
