Gilgit:Gilgit Baltistan legislative Assembly on Tuesday approved four resolutions unanimously. In the first resolution, the House demanded to increase flights to Gilgit Baltistan from Islamabad besides reduction in ticket fare and declare Skardu airport as the international Airport.
The resolution was tabled by Mohammad Ameen.
In the 2nd resolution the house demanded for pre budge session to discuss matter pertaining to the development project.
Speaker referred the resolution to the Minister Law and Minister Finance directed them to arrange session before presenting the budget.
In the 3rd resolution the Assembly demanded the Federal Government to release the annual development program and public sector development program funds to complete ongoing projects well in time.
It was presented by Jaffarullah khan, who informed the House that 35% budget for both the programs has been released so for.
In another resolution the Assembly demanded to regularize the service of work charge employs in Ghanchay.
The Assembly also emphasized to regularize the service of doctors serving in GB.
