IHK:(JRL expresses concern over plight of arrested Kashmiris)

Srinagar:In occupied Kashmir, Joint Resistance Leadership has expressed serious concern over plight of Kashmiris arrested by India’s National Investigation Agency and who have been lodged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail.

Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Mohammad Yasin Malik in a statement issued in Srinagar said repressive measures taken by India against Kashmiri people and Hurriyat leaders is a sheer political vendetta.

They termed move not only against basic principles of humanity but also a violation of Indian Supreme Court’s directions.

They also urged international organizations including Amnesty International, Asia Watch and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to play their role in ensuring shifting of all the Kashmiri prisoners back to Kashmir Valley without any further delay.
