KARACHI:The Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) has asked the authorities concerned of Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) not to raze residential units constructed near its installations.
President Public Aid Committee, Karachi Division, Saifuddin Advocate talking delegations of Arisha Homes and other housing schemes situated near KWSB installations said that the unjustified actions are being taken in the garb of Supreme Court orders.
He said Mayor Karachi has destroyed the business of over one lac people, and now the KWSB authorities have declared structures at the distance of 100-feet from its conduit as illegal. He asked not to raze these structures.
