KARACHI:Off-spinner Muhammad Junaid bowled Rangoonwala Cricket Club to a convincing 102-run victory over Rex Eleven Cricket Club in the second edition of Corporate T-20 League Cricket Tournament here at the Country Club Ground on Sunday.
Put into bat, Rangoonwala CC amassed 206 for four in the allotted 20 overs with major contributions coming from wicket-keeper batsman Inamullah Khan (64 off 35 balls), Sheroz Shaikh (49 off 21 balls) and Asif Khan (38 off 16 balls). Medium pacer Faraz Ahmed claimed two wickets for 23 runs in four overs.
Rex Eleven CC, in reply, was bowled out for a paltry total of 104 in 13.3 overs. Off-spinner Muhammad Junaid captured four wickets for 20 runs in four overs for the winners.
