KMC asks DMC South to vacate encroachments in Arambagh Park

Karachi:Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) Wednesday issued notice to Chairman District Municipal Corporation South Karachi regarding removal of encroachments under Sindh Public Property (Removal of Encroachments) Act 2010.

It said an order has passed the Honorable Court of Supreme Court of Pakistan, whereas you are found unauthorized occupant as public property in Khaysal Das Park Aram Bagh, District South Karachi and directed to vacate it within 7 days.
