LEAs claim arrest two facilitators of Chinese consulate attacker

KARACHI:Law enforcement agencies (LEAs) sources on Saturday said to have arrested two facilitators of attack on the Chinese Consulate in Karachi. Law enforcement agencies sources said that the arrested accused involved on Chinese Consulate attack were taken into custody from Karachi and Shahdadpur.

They claimed the arrested suspects had spoken to another suspect in Karachi before the attack. Police shifted them to undisclosed location for interrogation. Police and intelligence agencies have also identified the three terrorists involved in the attack on Chinese Consulate in Karachi; they were Azal Khan Marri alias Sangat Dada, Raees Baloch and Abdul Razzaq Deen Muhammad.

The initial investigation report further said that Abdul Razzaq Deen Muhammad was an employee of Balochistan government and Sindh government would now approach Balochistan government in this regard. It is pertinent to note here that a pro-India terrorist outfit had claimed responsibility of the attack.
