Quetta:Women should prepare themselves for changes that are going to occur owing to CPEC and other development projects.
These views were expressed by Governor Balochistan Justice (retd0 Amanullah Khan Yasinzai while talking to a delegation of Balochistan Business Women Association who called on him.
He said, “Women make half of the population” adding, “the desired targets of development cannot be achieved without the active participation of women and the role of women in this regard cannot be ignored”.
He said that with the help of e-commerce, women could play an effective role in economic activities; hence, it was essential to know the latest technology.
Moreover, a delegation of lawyers headed by Vice President Supreme Court Bar Association Quetta Sayed Saleem Akhtar also called on the Governor Balochistan and apprised the Governor of the problems being faced by the lawyers.
