Police asked to recover missing children

LARKANA:The Deputy Inspector General of Police, Larkana Range, Javed Akbar Riaz, held a meeting with the parents and relatives of missing children of Larkana and Jacobabad districts in his office here on Wednesday, on the directives of IGP Sindh.

The SHOs of concerned police stations were also directed to attend the meeting.

The SHOs briefed the DIGP about the progress so far made in recovery of seven children in front of the parents.

The DIGP directed to immediately recover all the missing children for which they will be provided all out support and help.

DIG Javed Akbar Riaz told PPI that total seven kids are missing in entire Larkana range out of which five belong to Larkana district and two to Jacobabad district.

He said the oldest one is missing since 2015 and the boy belongs to Naundero and his name is Sahil Korejo, aged 14 years.

The names of other children include 6-years Kainat Jagirani missing since 2012, Ahsan Ali Khoso missing since 2013 from Jacobabad, 7-years Aqsa, 10-years Amina and 17-years Uroosa, all from Larkana.
